Goal-oriented investment and awareness for current demographic and environmental development lay the foundation for improved planning and design of liveable urban zones and sustainable infrastructure.
Case studies form Espoo, Finland and Songdo, Korea, have demonstrated how dramatically quality of life can be improved through a consequent and community-focused implementation of current scientific findings.
