Antonio Burgueño Muñoz is a Civil Engineer with a specialisation on Environmental System Management and Geographic Information Systems. He is currently Quality and CSR Director at FCC Construcción, responsible for the departments of Quality, Environment, Information and Documentation, Technical Planning, Audits, R&D and Corporate Social Responsibility. Mr. Burgueño Muñoz is chairman of various international Working Groups on “Sustainability of Construction and Civil Engineering Works.

Mr. De Jonge’s career has focused on the interface of IT and Construction, he is an expert on Digital Transformation in the construction industry. He is active as Vice President of ENCORD and as Chairman of the Board of buildingSMART Benelux.
Alfred Escala is Vice President Cognitive & Industry Solutions at IBM Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel (SPGI). He has lead key business areas in both consulting and sales organisation. Mr. Escala holds an MBA by Esade Business School, a degree in Finance by the Institut d’Estudis Financiers and he is certified in Production & Inventory Management by APICS. He also holds a degree in Philosophy by the University of Barcelona.
Etienne Gaudin is Director of Development and Mobility at Colas. His team is responsible for launching new activities and currently incubating three such activities: Wattway, Flowell and Mobility by Colas. Mr. Gaudin holds a PhD from Paris VII University. He previously led the research team “e-lab” and worked as Corporate Innovation Director, both for Bouygues.
Costanzo Graffi is leading the Highways sector in EMEA at AECOM, one of the leading service providers in infrastructures consultancy. He is a Civil Engineer with a technical background in Pavement Engineering and Asset Management, and has many years’ experience in International Business Development. Mr. Graffi previously had the post of Transport Director for Continental Europe at AECOM.
Richard Laudy is a recognised leader in the global construction and engineering sector. He is Global Head of Infrastructure at Pinsent Masons and leads the firm's global infrastructure strategy. Mr. Laudy is a dispute resolution lawyer but specialises in advisory work and procurement strategies and works closely with leading international construction businesses. He lectures widely on issues affecting construction and engineering and runs interactive workshops which assist with risk management issues.
Inés Oliveira Ribeiro is the head of TrenLab, the global acceleration program of Renfe with Wayra and leads the incubator of Telefonica Open Future Gran Vía. She holds a degree in Economics and an MA in Management (both from NOVA, Lisbon) and has founded a junior company at her alma mater named "Nova Junior Consulting".

María José Rallo del Olmo is the General Secretary of Transport appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Civil Works and Transport. She holds Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid and in Public Policy Management from Carlos III University, as well as a Degree in Economics from UNED University. Ms. Rallo del Olmo has carried out all of her professional career at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
Jaime Rodríguez de Santiago is General Manager for Spain, Portugal and Germany at BlaBlaCar, the leading European carpooling community. He holds a Telecommunication Engineering degree from the Polytechnical Engineering University of Madrid. Prior to joining BlaBlaCar as Marketing Manager for the Spanish Market in 2013, Mr. Rodríguez de Santiago built his own online media company (6cero), worked at a Big Data startup and researched new ways of applying technology to education at the university.
Dr. Miguel Segarra is the Head of R&D and Innovation at DRAGADOS. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Madrid, where he has also lectured at master programs. Dr. Segarra is vice president of the European Construction Technology Platform, member of the Council of the European Network of Construction Companies for Research and Development (ENCORD) and of the Board of Trustees of the Spanish Construction Technology Platform (PTEC) among other appointments.
Flavio Tejada is the Director of the Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) at ie university and Associate Director at Arup, where he is chairing of our European cities Task Force. Specialized in urban regeneration and retrofit development, with the application of the latest innovations in technology and social participation, Mr. Tejada led some strategic urban interventions such as Santander Waterfront Development and received the 2018 Albert Serratosa Award. He holds a Master in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Cantabria.

Ovidio Turrado is Partner of the Deal Advisory department and Head of Infrastructure in Spain at KPMG. He is Industrial Engineer and holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School. Mr. Turrado has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector having managed numerous international projects, including advisory on the financing and refinancing of corporate debt and PPP projects, and assessment in the design and implementation of transformation strategies for infrastructure companies.
Manel Villalante is an Industrial Engineer and holds the position of Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Renfe Operadora. His work experience includes posts as Mobility and Transport Infrastructures Director at Barcelona Regional and as General Director of Inland Transport at the Ministry of Development of Spain. Mr. Villalante has been a board member with various companies in the public transportation sector.
