ANCE has negotiated a room rate of 331,50 € for single occupancy (and 375,50 € for double occupancy) including breakfast and VAT. If you wish to stay one night only (02-03 April 2020) at the Rome Cavalieri Hotel, please book your room following this link.

Participants who wish to extend their stay must contact Ms. Connie Godano (Connie.Godano@waldorfastoria.com) and ask for the special rate to be applied to check-in/check-out dates between 30 March 2020 and 06 February 2020, if there are any rooms available since these dates are exempt from the negotiated room block.

Please note that as of 02 February 2020 hotel rooms on all travel dates shall be subject to availability and might become more expensive.

Cancellation Policy of the Rome Cavalieri Hotel:
For the reservation, the hotel will require a valid credit card as a guarantee 
of the stay and, in case of cancellation after 01 February 2020, the hotel will 
consider the reservation as a non-refundable earnest payment for the stay.

EIC has negotiated a special room rate of €175 for single occupancy and €195 for double occupancy. The rates include breakfast and 10% VAT.

Cancellation Policy of the NH Collection Giustiniano Hotel:
In case of cancellation within 02.03.2020 no penalty will be apply.
In case of total or partial cancellation from 03.03.2020 to the arrival date 
02.04.2020 or in case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the entire 
stay will be charged (100% of penalty will be charged with credit card).
